How it works

At the counter

  1. The customer orders on the GramX store
  2. You accept and pack the order
  3. A delivery person takes it, or the customer picks it up
  4. Delivery is confirmed with the customer's 4-digit code

What the hub needs

  • Products in stock in your hub's shop
  • A delivery person (can be someone local)
  • Shop address and location set in the app

Do customers need a separate account?

No. They log in with their mobile number and OTP, the same account they use for Wi-Fi.
